Rochelle the recruiter
There are times when recruiters reach out. That's ok. They need their bread and butter.
When you politely decline several times and they keep coming back, then it's time to pull out the big guns.
Here is the final exchange I had with one such many years ago. Names have been altered for obvious reasons but everything else is real.

Hello Rochelle,I have already been placed in a job. I am currently herding sheep on my uncles farm in Tubercurry, Co Tipperary in Ireland.
I would like to thank you for contacting me but I am happy here where I am.
I feel the IT industry is too fast paced and stressful and I am a much happier man working with the sheep.
Thank you for your message anyway and kind warm regards.
